My complaint:
For 2 days I have come to this but stop at 7:26am and the 4 has passed me without stopping on this Monday and this Tuesday. I have been trying to call to leave a complaint but nobody answers. This is unacceptable and I will now be late to work again due to this negligence. The s7 called the s4 and claimed I was not here even though the s7 stopped for me and asked if I was boarding their bus. The s4 towards Amityville railroad at 7:38am needs to be held accountable.
Suggested solution:
I dont want anything other than the drivers to do their job and for the same bus driver to face whatever disciplinary action should follow as park of suffolk transits protocols
