My complaint:
Nasty black driver with multicolored sunglasses. Every Thursday he gives me a hard time about paying. I told him I pay 75 cents. He yelled at me and said what’s the word, everybody’s gotta learn if they don’t say the word, they gotta pay 2:25. I will not take that bus again .He is rude and he let’s certain people on for free.
Suggested solution:
When hiring be sure to teach them people skills.
