My complaint:
The driver discloses another patients drop off address to another passenger that’s on the same bus then on Monday June 20 the bus driver number 20017 picks up the same passenger to discuss his manifest of passengers he’s picking up in the neighborhood and sane house later on, then tells passenger when he saw his name on the manifest he said oh good I like this passenger. It is a violation of patient privacy not to discuss these things with other passengers. This makes me feel that my personal business and locations is being known.
Suggested solution:
Address all drivers not to discuss patient locations with other patients it is inappropriate and patient confidentiality.
If another passenger asks the driver he can simply say company policy and patient confidentiality does not allow me to disclose this information to you.
