My complaint:

I think it was bus 1840. I have an employee that counts on the special needs bus to get home. I was put thru 5 different phone numbers to then be told that the paratransport buss driver tried calling my employee. Meanwhile, he never did. My employee was outside. I saw the bus driver look at him and drive away. I spoke to a women named Alexis from dispatch. After 15min. She finally got a buss for him for 6:10 and only after I fought her. She orginally told me if a buss doesn’t show, keep calling which I told her was not possible with the different phone numbers received. She then told me he would have on his record a no show. Even though I told her as a bystander and several others, we have giant glass windows, that the buss driver deserted them. I just want to make sure this buss driver doesn’t ignore people again and this no show nonsense is off his record.

Suggested solution:

Make sure that the No Show is off William Rich record for Paratransport and that bus driver neve ignores someone again
