Suffolk County Accessible Transportation complaint: S63 Bus did not show up for 2 hours in a row

My complaint:

For 2 hours in a row the S63 did not show up at the Patchogue courthouse. I missed a job interview because of this.

Suggested solution:

1 missed route is bad enough. 2 missed routes are inexcusable.
