My complaint:
They call and say the ride will be there in 10 minutes. So I’m waiting and no one comes then when I decide to call them wondering where they are, they say that I’m a no show, they won’t send a driver back either and due to their ineptitude I’m losing my job thanks to them.
Suggested solution:
Hire people who know how to use a gps and dispatchers that understand their job.
