My complaint:
In a ride from Sunrise Assisted Living in Holbrook to Farmingville NY – my 86 year old mother’s wheelchair ( with her in it ) rolled back and titled and fell with my mother hitting her head on the floor of the bus. This happened approximately 1:10 PM on Saturday March 30th
Suggested solution:
Ensure All Drivers are trained to strap wheelchairs so they do not fall - and Reprimand this particular Driver as I do not see how this could/ should happen
