Complaint: Very rude, very loud, aggresive, unpolite, unprofessional employee

My complaint:

On Wednesday 7th, 2020 my family and I went to Walmart to get some groceries and as we headed out my husband said if we could buy a foot long turkey sandwich to take home it was around 6:30 pm. Then, the employee which she didn’t even have the mask on came to me and asked me what sandwich I wanted and I told her that I wanted a foot long turkey breast sandwich and I did have my mask on and then she started making the sandwich with chicken breast and I noticed that she was getting chicken breast instead of turkey breast so I told her that it was turkey breast not the chicken breast I noticed she didn’t understand me because of my mask so I raised my voice a little{not yelling} that it was turkey breast to my surprise she started yelling at me what kind of cheese, what kind of cheese, what of cheese which I think, it wasn’t the point. To my surprise she started yelling security, security, security I don’t know why she did that it wasn’t necessary. Then, security came to where we were and he turned to the employee and asked what was happening and I overheard telling the employee I know it’s not you, I know it’s not you. It was an embarrassing moment for me and my family because there was other customers inside the subway restaurant. It was supposed to be a simply take out but instead we just left the restaurant. The next day on Thursday, we went to talk to the manager but it seem that he treated the situation with little importance.

Suggested solution:

To hire people that are polite and professional, to treat customers with respect. I don't want this to happen to me again or to anybody else.
