My complaint:

First off, I went to the subway closest to our home and frequent it often. It was closed due to computer being down.
So, drove another 5 6 miles to the next closest. No mask on the two gals working. No gloves on the two gals working. I ordered two foot long subs only to find out no longer taking coupons due to the economy. Just can’t afford it.
I paid 15.49 but was not happy about their rule.

Suggested solution:

At best, maybe a free sub or take down the sign, which I didn't see, an honor the coupons.
