My complaint:

I would like to complain regarding bad service offered by DEVAL , customer service member at feltham store , who does not know the vegetarian menu and using dirty gloves to serve an vegan customer. On telling her to change gloves , she speaks in a rudely way, and reading ingredients from kitchen while customer waiting at the service desk, I say, i cant hear you, you need to come near the desk , she refuses to serve me, and speaks to another member. and telling that me that store property belongs to her, she can do whatever she wants. Than after listening to her conversation , I told her to call manager for complaining against her. Manager looks angrily to Deval for her behaviour and abusive word she uses. and I leave the store. Very disappointing and bad service from this female DEVAL.

Suggested solution:

I Think 'Deval' staff member, should not be allowed to serve customer, Because is has no knowledge about Manu, using dirty gloves to serve vegan customer, and very abusive and rude. She think, she owns whole property at store and can do whatever she wants. Her behaviour, was noticed by everyone, which is very bad for companies growth and customer.
