My complaint:

On Friday 10920 I ordered subway on line. My Oder was for 6 subs. 5 out of 6 subs were supposed to be hot subs well needless to say they were all ice cold. The breads were mixed up as well. The order was a complete disaster. This is not the first time I have a problem with this subway. The subway is in Kissimmee fl in the Bellalogo shopping center. I am so upset. Please don’t give me the I’m sorry business. This complaint is going to go higher than just customer service. My next email will be to the CEO. This is ridiculous!

They can’t resolve this as far as I’m concerned this was my last subway order. There are many sub places out there to choose from. Places that can get the order correctly. I’M DONE!!!
