My complaint:
I recently quit working at the said subway due to my managers constant talking down to is the employees not helping out what so ever many of us employees would be doing our jobs while hed sit in his office watching movies and such while in his office hed let customers wait for prolonged periods of time because he was in the office he is also known to while being on the clock just leave not telling any employees just leave for a minimum of 4 hours
Suggested solution:
He needs to be fired or if that won't happen at least make him work from home all he ever did was sit on the computer all day I don't understand why he can't do that at home and if nothing happens this business is going to fail
