Subway complaint: Unprofessional

My complaint:

I ordered a sub from Subway on December 19, 2020. I arrived at the store to pick up the sandwich around 6:20 PM, and the employee had just started making the sandwich. I asked her if she could add another sauce that was not on the online order, and she looked me in my eyes and told me no twice. She gave no valid reason why, it was just no. It was very unprofessional of her to tell me no, especially because she had just started to make the sandwich. I won’t be returning to this location again.

Suggested solution:

I would like a free sub and the employee reprimanded because there's no telling how many people she's done this to before.
