My complaint:
I made an order on line and i was charged twice ..when i called to ask the employer sydny or syndy…she was rude and kept hanging up on me …she didnt let me talk she was using faul language etc.after the insident i cheked my transacción on my debit card were i discovered i was charged 4 times for the same order wich were 34.54.each order
Suggested solution:
She should be fired and i should be recompensated for this bad service ...it was very disapointing ...
