My complaint:
I went inside to order my sandwich. When I walked in the two girls were talking and it seemed I interrupted because they both became quiet. No greeting but that’s ok, I didn’t mind. I said hello instead. No response. The girl who’s name is Dede was standing at the counter. She never asked me what I wanted just looked at me. I told her I what sandwich i wanted and she began talking again to who i now know is the MOD. She started making the type of sandwich i asked for while discussing vulgar details about what her and a boyfriend did then she yelled at me do I want cheese?! I couldn’t understand her at first so I asked what she said and she slowed her voice down making fun of me while yelling the whole time and rolled her eyes. I preceded to tell her no ma’am, I don’t put up with anyone speaking to me that way. She began to go off so I asked for the manager. The manager walked up to me and I asked her for the employees name so I could report her. She claimed she didn’t know her last name. She also would not give me the store number. So as I was walking out the employee is still screaming things at me, cussing and threatening me. I pulled out my phone and began to record her while I stood at the door. She ran from around the counter and attacked me. I have it all on tape. The manager did nothing. I went out to my car and left. I nearly filed a police report, and although I was not injured, she still put her hands on me pushing me over. I’m not from the area, I was just passing through, so I didn’t contact police. I have never in my life been treated this way or had anyone physically attack me.
Suggested solution:
Both employees need to lose their jobs immediately. If this action is not taken then I will contact my lawyer and begin a legal process. The video in the store location has it all on tape and so do I. I need to hear from someone today about what will be done about this. I do not want anything free and I do not care about an apology. That girl is dangerous and should not be working with the public. Contact me immediately
