My complaint:

I walked into the Subway at 4545 Lawrence Ave E. Toronto Ont. Canada location as I first notice a technician fixing an oven wearing a mask . Which was great to see. Then when I ordered my sub sandwich I wanted to see if the girl was going to put on a mask and gloves to make my sandwich. NO she didn’t. As she cut my bun and put my assorted meat on the bun I asked her why they weren’t wearing masks. I told her you are making food. And for her to throw that sub out and remake it. She only threw out the meat and put the bun aside.

Suggested solution:

She should of had a mask on to begin with. This is a pandemic. She is still breathing on the food. They should of had better training. Yes there was a plexiglass barrier there at the cash register. There wasn\'t a manager there so I could put in a complain personally.
