My complaint:
On 52820 11am i decided I wanted subway for lunch and as I was walking up to subway one of the employee was out side smoking and was talking to a assume a friend and I was told I’ll be right there. I waited for almost 10min. The subway employee came in and did not wash her hands. She went to grab gloves I ask the employee are you going to wash your hands and she told me NO so rude. And I also ask if she can where a mask and she said I don’t have too. I then asked to speak to the manager. She said I am a manger. She was really rude. I then ask for the number to someone above her and she like I don’t have the number. I just ended up leaving. I will never go back to that location ever.
Suggested solution:
You guys really need to get rid of that Manager. Or have her go to a class on how to talk to customers
