My complaint:

When I went to Subway yesterday 2 customers were not wearing face masks. I asked one of Subways employees why are they giving service to people without a mask. The reply was corporate will not let us do that. Subway is a small enclosed place. Masks are not 100% protection. I don’t understand why masks are not mandatory for all. Subway employees have a greater risk of getting the Coronavirus as well as other customers. Also greater liability for Subway .Please take care of this immediately.

Also Subway obviously doesn’t want to hear complaints because they no longer have personal touch by telephone. It’s not the complaint that kills a business it is how it is handled. What about people who do not know how to write or use the computer.

Suggested solution:

All face masks required for service.

Install customer service hotline.
