My complaint:
I’m fully finished with eating at your stores.
To hire an Anti-American as a spokesperson that has now been discovered as being racist is appalling.
After the entire Jerod debacle, I would have thought you learned your lesson.
In short: you need to address the situation by firing and disavowing her as Spokesperson.
Suggested solution:
Fire Megan Rapinoe and disavow her.
