My complaint:

I had a large order I was trying to place online. As soon as I ordered the last sandwich, it said the restaurant wasn’t taking online orders pick another restaurant, so when I went to pick another Subway it cleared out my cart. So I just wasted 20 minutes trying to order for nothing to happen. That is ridiculous and it’s a waste of my time.
