My complaint:
My app ordered without me realizing it! When I realized it a few hours later, I spent the next hour trying to figure out how to connect with customer service corporate office. They, unlike Chipotle, Starbucks and every other online restaurant app, do not have the proper fail safes in place to ensure that this does not happen. I have been attempting to reach them for the last three days to no avail! I can live without the $8 I was erroneously charged but in principle I have a real hard time with their apathy and poor customer relations! I will just continue skewering them until resolved!
Suggested solution:
Own it!! Credit me back my money which I will gladly use at their store. Create a fail safe like every other app has, so this sort of thing does not happen.
