My complaint:
Only customer in store at time and asked for two sandwiches. Heavy set black woman said that We are too busy right now. Asked her You I can not order two sandwiches to be made? I am the only customer in store. She replied We are too busy. She then turned and went into the back of the store; leaving me standing there. A young black woman came out and asked if she could help me — she did. The older woman needs to be terminated.
Suggested solution:
Another young woman came and helped me. She was polite, professional and courteous -- a good employee; no like the other older woman.
