Subway complaint: Poor customer service, disgusting mess served to me

My complaint:

Your restaurant, on Missouri Ave in West Plains, is one of the worst I have ever visited. I ordered a wonderful looking salad on the app. What I received, was a sopping wet monstrosity, that was chopped up fine enough to eat with a spoon. It was disgusting. You couldn’t even tell what the ingredients were. They were so small, and soaked in dressing. I sent my helper back to get it remade properly, as my husband and I are in power wheelchairs, without a vehicle. The prep person immediately chucked the salad into the trashcan, and started making another one. Brit, (the manager) came out and stopped her. She said That’s how we make them here. If you don’t like it, you can pay for a replacement. After they chucked mine, they felt no responsibility to provide me with a salad, that I had PAID FOR. That is fraud. And I plan to make sure social media, and any complaint forums get a load of this. And it’s gonna cost you alot more that remaking a damn salad. I am on disability. I don’t get treats very often. And I certainly didn’t get one on that day.

Suggested solution:

Give me the salad I paid for.
