My complaint:

I went to subway at 5;30 pm on Saturday November 21st and was in the lobby waiting for assistance for 8 mins. Then the employee gone tell me that they do not except coupons. She stated that they stop taking coupons yesterday and my coupon was not expired. The coupon was for a footlong meal for $7.99.

Suggested solution:

Free footlong sub meal which was what i was trying to purchase.
