Complaint: Paid for double meat and double cheese salad and didn’t get it. Horrible service!

My complaint:

I just went and ordered a double meat and double cheese cold cut salad. First of all it was the amount of a single meat and single cheese in quantity. He then instead of chopping it up stood there and tore the meat up with his hands hardly tearing it up at all. The amount of lettuce is the same amount that was in my sandwich. Again nothing combined, just thrown in top. I go there all the time and their service is slipping. I pay a fortune for this salad. I could have slapped meat in lettuce at my own home. I also got a steak and cheese footlong with double cheese. Again no extra cheese but i paid for it. I had to come home and chop up the little meat for the saad that there was and then added more cheese to my sandwich. I am also reporting this complaint on

I know I can’t get my money back so i would like to be reimbursed through coupons for a free double meat double cheese saad and a footlong double cheese steak and cheese.
