Complaint: employee swearing at customer

My complaint:

At 12.30pm I attended the subway at Parkridge i ordered a meatball salad bowl.

When at the register i asked the employee why the bowl was so empty she replied with we only use the amount we would and have been told we are going through to much salad.
Also as a regular customer I know that the salad is to be made in the silver bowls but no this was all placed into a takeaway container then shaken.
I will attach a photo.
I said ok do you have a manager here. I was informed no she is back tomorrow. The employee then said my name is Haylee if you want to make a complaint. I said to Haylee i did not say i was making a complaint I would like to speak to the managers then raised her voice and said well that’s why most people ask for a manager.
I then proceeded to inform her she was very rude to customers and this is when she told me to Fk Off waving her hands.
I then reminded Hayley that I was a customer not only was she rude to me she was also rude to the elder lady before me. I then informed that i will be contacting HO and she wont have a job. She continued to yell from the service counter and informed me I do not have that kid of authorization.
As a manager of 26 years I find it hard to articulate how an employee can be so aggressive towards customers. I have attended this subway store ever since it was opened and so have my work colleagues.
This is the first time I have ever been abused at this store. I’m not sure if this is the way Haylee acts or if this is the way you allow your employees to treat customers.
At this time there were also 4 other customers in the store very unprofessional.
I would appreciate if you could look into this matter for me.

Suggested solution:

Employ members who have a better customer service standards and have a manager on stand by for any customer queries. As this was not a customer complaint at the start until I was sworn at and given attitude.

I would like to be contacted about this matter and to ensure this is being sorted with at management level.

I have attached the salad bowl that did cost $10.25 for a large.
