Subway complaint: Hazardous and possibly fatal Medical bad judgement

My complaint:

Subway has been a company I have trusted for years. It was obvious that Physicians educated and vetted in America were involved. I have a severe soy allergy. Subway had the only meatball I could eat because they did not pad their profit and undermine their customer’s health by :
Introducing a new garbage meatball containing soy protein
Not informing the customer that you have changed a product to contain a toxic allergen

This allergy has had them calling codes on me at the Emergency room. I no longer trust Subway. I would like an acknowledgement and an attempt at communication before I post this. Darn. You guys USED to be the best.
