My complaint:

Fluctuated my pay when i did overtime and did not give my payslips, weekly. Will not pay me for the time that I had work and the time i did overtime. If we make a mistake he would take it out of our wages and reduce our hours. Instead of throwing out expired meat, they would replace the labels. Unprofessional manager as he shouted at me when i asked why i did not get paid properly and told me he did not need me as a worker. Felt driven out of a job and now i will not get paid for what i have done.

Suggested solution:

Pay me wages
Use in date food
