Subway complaint: Charged for subs that we never received.

My complaint:

I attempted five times to place an order on the computer and it was unsuccessful. The first time it said invalid credit card. So I switched credit cards and tried again and got the very same message. I tried a third time and still did not work. The fourth and fifth times I received a message that said invalid user. How on earth could I be an invalid user as I was logged into my Subway account online? I looked at both my discover and Paypal credit cards and there are charges pending on each card for $10.60. Contacted the subway where the order was placed and a very nice guy said that No, he never received the orders at all. I was explaining to him all the error messages I had received and he said that they do not have knowledge of how the computer form works at all. I just wanted to express to Subways that their online form for ordering is the worst I have ever experienced and I order a lot; just about every day. Right now I am out $21.20 for Subway orders I never had the joy of consuming because of the glitch with your ordering form. I have an upcoming large family gathering in August and plans were to have it catered by Subway for approximately 100-125 people but no way would I ever think of using Subway at this point. This has been so very frustrating just on a small scale with just trying to get two subs that there is absolutely no way I would even think of using Subways on a large scale.

Suggested solution:

I should be refunded $21.20 for the two credit card charges on the subs that were never received.
