My complaint:
Have been seeing that great looking rib sandwich on tv ads so decided to have a couple for lunch today. Went to the closest Subway and was told they didn’t even have them. What’s the point of advertising if the restaurants don’t have the product….
Suggested solution:
I really think you should give us a couple free or money off coupons for wasting my time and effort trying to get a sandwich.
