My complaint:
I had 30.00 worth of gift cards. I wanted to get two sandwiches but he would not accept my cards saying his gift card machine was broken. The two ladies looked at him very strange. I went right dow the street at 16142 State St and had no problem I am totally upset because I know the gift card and regular debit card is using the same machine. I will never spend any more money with subway if they are allowed to only accept debit or credit cards while Subway have been paid.i will make it know that some subways do not honor your gift cards so why buy them for a gift or for yourself.
Suggested solution:
Make sure they accept all subway gift cards
