My complaint:
I am in Frankfort, Kentucky and the Subway location closest to me (west end- address 1100 Hwy 127 South). Subway has advertised recently that you can get footlong sandwiches at $5 apiece if you get 2 or more.
However, this location is not running that special. As far as I know, this is the only Subway not running that special. My guess is this particular GMfranchise owner has chosen not to follow the advertised special.
Why advertise this special and then not have certain locations even run it?
Suggested solution:
Either make this location participate in the special as well, or stop running it altogether. Consistency is key. Plenty of other places in town I can get lunch that do not go against advertised specials.
