My complaint:

I placed an order on my online app like I always have my credit card got charged o got and that our food was ready I sent my husband for our lunch when he went in the manger Diane and her husband were working they told my husband that we never made and order online and they refused to even help us they were calling us liars the managers husband came around the counter and tried to assault my husband I am very angry no business should treat repeating customers in this manner ever!!! And I need to add this lady has had so many complaints and have lost so many customers because of her attitude I previously reported her and bow everytime my family goes in its always a problem with her this lady should have been gone a long time ago…so you guys stole my money took it and never gave me my food!!! I will never recommend this place as I work for our local grocery store where tons of tourists come in and request locations it will be known how this lady treats her customers and nothing gets done about her she has had several complaints this is ridiculous and not right no more!!!

I would like a full refund since I did not receive my order even tho the app took my money and ed it was ready but when arrived they called us liars wouldn't even try to help so I want a full refund and my lunch i had placed an order for... Below is the attached order i never received and got charged for
