My complaint:

After getting my sandwich, I was told that I was only allowed to fill my drink one time due to Covid. Two other restaurants in the immediate area (Panera and Burger King) allow patrons to refill their cups as many times as they wish. I think that this is a bit of an overreach by management. Also the clerk is very curt with me and other customers that I have observed.

Suggested solution:

Take down the sign about no refills. Covid is a respiratory disease and has nothing to do with getting drink refills.
