My complaint:
Me and my mother went to subway today and got treated like crap .the manager was so rude to my mom because she didn’t speak English . I felt like she was races toward Spanish people . I asked the guy to get me 3 cookies and thought he put it in the bag, but when my mom got up and went to the counter and asked for the cookies it was only 1 cookie in the bag and then the mananger started yelling really nasty to my mother. I think this employee should be warm or fired . My mom was crying after we left. I was going to pay for them but we was upset. I think you never talk to regardless of language problems. This was on call for.
Suggested solution:
I think they should talk to this person and tell her to stop treating customers with no res.
