My complaint:

Open sign was lit up at 11:15 when I arrived but the door was locked. One customer was inside but the employee refused to open the door even though the sign said the store closed at midnight. There was nothing posted that indicated they were closing early so I should have been served. I stood there and watched him go turn off the open sign then let a customer out and an Uber eats driver in

Suggested solution:

I should be given a free sandwich because I made the trip to the store and was not served. There was nothing posted about closing early and a few other people tried to enter after I did and realized they had closed early without notice
