My complaint:
Straighttalk forced me to obtain a new phone due to 5G. But after hours over several days, they could not get the phone to work properly (send and receive images via text). So, I went in today to switch to Verizon. But now Staighttalk won’t release my number. They say my plan is expired and I need to buy a new plan to transfer the number. But my old plan isn’t expired until tomorrow. It should be investigated as consumer fraud to hold numbers hostage. Just provide the NTP so I can transfer my number.
Suggested solution:
Just provide the NTP so I can transfer my number. Before this plan ends.
