My complaint:
Straight talk sold me an iPhone and One month’s service via the phone. They promised a delivery date but was several days late. Then when I got the phone they couldn’t help me get to make phone calls. I spent several days trying to get help and their customer service is hopeless. Finally I gave up and purchased a phone and service from another carrier. They even set up a temporary number for me. In the meantime, straight talk has refused to release the number trans pin so I can use my new phone with my phone number. They won’t provide it because they say they have to send security ations to the phone they sold and they could never get to work. So it’s a hopeless. They are violating FCC law. It’s my phone number not there’s. I’ve filed complaints with FCC, BBB, and discussed legal action.
Suggested solution:
Get me the number trans pin and refund for iPhone and one months service fee
