My complaint:
I ordered an iPhone 11 on Feb 7th. After nearly two weeks it finally arrived. I activated the phone and 4 days later my service was cut. It took several days and hours of phone calls for my 32nd customer service rep to explain that the device I was sent was attached to another customer’s order number, who reported the device as loststolen. They have refused to fix the error, leaving me with a phone that I can not use. I have attempted to return it for a refund, to which they have refused as well.
Suggested solution:
I would just like to return the device for a full refund.
