My complaint:
I have been with them for years and was very happy but I have had recent problems to the extent that my new phone will probably not be with them. Recently, I have had issues when my plan renews on a weekend. Duh. My bank, Bank of America, is closed so payments won’t process till later. This causes a NO SERVICE on my phone.
I called. I chatted. In the chat, I was told it was my fault and I needed to change my form of payment. On the call, he said, “so what do you expect me to do about it?” Really? Why should my service have problems because they sent a payment request when banks are closed? HOW IS THIS MY FAULT???????
The new phone will not be with them.
