My complaint:
Straightalk hired people fro, 3 world countries to help customers I wanted to set up a new phone to my already straightalk service which I have had for 12 to 17 years when I couldn’t understand the person who answered my call I hung up called again hopeing to get someone I could understand another with an accent I couldn’t understand answered this went on for 5 calls NO HELP I could not understand when I asked for a supervisor they set me UP and when I called the number it was the same place I had called the person answer ask my name when I gave it she deactavated my service I am a disabled veteran almost blind my kidenies are shutting down now I am in the woods of north Florida 20 to 25 miles from town can’t drive and no phone service BECAUSE straightalk has a HACKER working at a HELP center I NEED HELP I NEED HELP I COULD DIE VERY EASY
Suggested solution:
FIX MY SERVICE THEY LIED SAID I ASK FOR IT TO BE CUT OFF THAT IS A DAMN LIE I ASKED FOR HELP COULD NOT UNDERSTAND THEM CALLED OVER 100 TIME NOW NO PHONE SERVICE
