My complaint:
I bought a Straight Talk phone on January 20, 2023. Have had nothing but problems with it. I can’t get a phone icon to make a call. Today I wasted over 90 minutes on my home phone with a technician. He told me the problem was solved and it isn’t.
Suggested solution:
Get the phone working.
