Straight Talk complaint: CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE IS A JOKE!!

My complaint:

The following are the issues on the above support line 1-800-378-1684-

1) Hold time is an hour or longer to get hold for the 1st level support
2) Most of the time the 1st level support would not be able to help you, will transfer to the next level, you will have another hold time for another hour before the next person will pick up the call
3) several time, my call will disconnect by the agent. THEN, THIS IS AGAIN ALL THE WAY STARTING FROM THE BEGINNING.
4) Sometimes, they will give you a call back in 4 hours. THIS IS ALSO ANOTHER JOKE, the call will go into the VOICEMAIL automatically!

I am still trying to re-activate my sim card due to my previous sim card is not compatible to the current service, and it has been more than a week and still cannot get the hold, due to the facts above. PLEASE HELP!

Suggested solution:

Get someone to help me to re-activate my account on the new sim card. Currently, I have no service on my account, that is no minutes and data on my phone!!
