My complaint:

I paid 65 dollars and did not get my services so when you guys did that I went ahead and went out to Walmart and bought bring your own sim card activation kit I got the 45 dollar plan I follow the steps and it worked for 2 days than they shut it off my question is where is the mins I mean where did it go because I never received them. And I called multiple times and your customer care everytime I would get someone one the phone they put me on hold than transfer me. Than I would already upset because being on the phone with them for 2 hours and they still have not fixed my phone where I have mins. They were so rude for them hanging up on me, I have a disability and I really needed the mins for Google maps and I should have ever a working phone at all times because I get lost.

Suggested solution:

They should give me the mins that I paid for or aleast put it back on my card.
