My complaint:
one they locked my phone for upgrading and wanna charge me like 3 times phones worth to unlock and kept me on the phone for 11 hours and told me nothing but lies end of the day i couldnt even get a free month or even 5 bux credit for wasting a whole day with them mind you they charge top dollor for ok service. never wanna have to talk to them again didnt realize so many people could be so disrespectful and ignorant and keep there job…. also can get phone unlocked online for litterally 10 vs paying them 160… mind u the phone is selling for 40 on there site rn

if they simply unlocked my phone and appologive... mind u i even got treated poorly when i went all the way up to cooperate lvl almosst treated worse there... never delt with a company so crappy in my life
