My complaint:
They sold me high speed data with 15 gigs of hotspot that I am not able to use this has been happening repeatedly and they keep me on the phone for hours and never fix anything they never even leave an open ticket on it
Suggested solution:
Fix the problem compensate me for the months where I didn't get to use the service they provided
