My complaint:
I have been a customer for many years. Everytime I purchase the $90 2 line plan, I never receive my 2nd line pin. They always say it will be sent by email but I never get an email.. Then when I call the 611 support they hassel me about getting it by email (which I never have). The last time I called for support to either receive my 2nd line pin or for them to just process it for me to my 2nd line, I was on the phone for nearly an hour.. the support person kept calling me by a name that is not mine..
Suggested solution:
I think the 2nd line pin should just be sent by text message so that this problem doesn't happen everytime..
