My complaint:

I haven’t been able to make phone calls for a week. My Straight talk prepaid monthly amount is current. Been on the phone with them(using a different phone)for hours on end. Replaced the SIM card and the phone worked for 4 hours before failing again. It’s hopeless to expect them to fix it after a week !

Suggested solution:

Get the phone to work !

I’m having a similar problem now. After many years with the home phone service Straight Talk informed me of required replacement technology. Received a new wireless home phone base station and called to do the set up. Was on my 6th or 7th call since mid November trying to get it to work properly and consistently. Can usually call out, but incoming calls don’t ring, goes directly to voice mail annoucement after two rings, then says the voice mail box is full, and “goodbye.” They’ve worked on it several times: it works for a few hours, then no incoiming calls… Read more »
