My complaint:
On 22622 I ordered a Bring Your Own Phone sim card kit and unlimited monthly service plan. Total for the order was $52 which included expedited 2 day delivery with UPS. For 5 days neither UPS or Straight Talk could tell me where my expedited order was. It finally was delivered on 3422 but to the wrong address. I opened a ticketdispute with both Straight Talk and UPS. After I located which neighbor got my package, I opened it to find just a sim kit and packing slip for it. I cannot use the sim kit without the monthly service plan I ordered and paid for. I’ve called Straight Talk to find out about the rest of my order I paid for and every time I sit on hold for 45 mins and then they transfer me me hang up. I want what I paid for 10 days ago (ordered expedited) or my money back.
Suggested solution:
Either send my unlimited phone service card or send me a refund of $52. Either way I should be refunded the expedited delivery fee.
I have photo proof of my online order and the packing slip for what was shipped. It would not let me attach the files.
