My complaint:
I’ve contacted Straight Talk about 6 times now because my service will intermittently drop. I cannot make calls, send or receive texts, access data. It’s happened when I am out and unable to connect to WiFi…so I have to sit on the phone with Customer Support until they are able to resolve. Eventually (regardless of whatever Customer Support does) the phone begins working in an hour or so. No one on chat is able to tell me why it continues to happen, because every time I am looking for a root cause to keep it from continuing. I was told they would call me in 10 minutes yesterday and never did.
Suggested solution:
Provide the cause of my service being lost ~twice every week. Keep this from happening in the future or provide a way to solve me from having to contact every time. OR....inform me that this is standard, will continue, and allow me a chance to change providers.
And offer a reimbursement for the issues that have happened (on the phone with customer support ~1 hr, 2x week with no service or resolution in that time) within the last month that I have been a customer.
